Sharon Stone
Sharon Stone is an internationally recognized actress, artist, producer, humanitarian and New York Times bestselling author. Her film and television credits include “Basic Instinct” and “Casino,” for which she won a Golden Globe for Best Actress and an Academy Award nomination. Stone received two more Golden Globe nominations for her roles in “The Mighty” and “The Muse.” She has worked tirelessly to advocate for HIV/AIDS research and awareness, children's charities, disaster relief and women's rights. Stone has been honored with a United Nations Global Citizen Award, Nobel Peace Summit Award, a Harvard Humanitarian Award, a Human Rights Campaign Humanitarian Award and an Einstein Spirit of Achievement Award.

Thomas M. Priselac
Thomas M. Priselac, a longtime advocate for improving quality and access in healthcare, developed strategic and operational innovations to foster high-quality, safe and efficient care for patients. Under his leadership, Cedars-Sinai earned an international reputation for quality care, community service, research and education while evolving from a community hospital to a major health system to better serve the people of the Los Angeles region. He has received numerous awards for his leadership in healthcare and his commitment to improving the health of the underserved, including the American Hospital Association’s Distinguished Service Award, B’nai B’rith International’s National Healthcare Leadership Award, the Special Needs Network’s Distinguished Community Champion Corporate Leadership Award and the Charles R. Drew University Board of Trustees Medal of Honor.

Lynda Boone Fetter is a respected Southern California philanthropist whose decades of leadership have strengthened organizations dedicated to healthcare, education, scientific research and global engagement. Over the past 45 years, she has been involved in the development and stewardship of a portfolio of commercial properties throughout California's San Gabriel Valley while building a legacy of responsible development and community investment. In addition, she serves as CEO of Deer Crest Associates, overseeing the premier private residential community at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Boone Fetter serves on the Los Angeles World Affairs Council Board of Directors, supporting its mission to foster informed dialogue on local, national and international affairs while expanding civic engagement. Her philanthropic leadership has also advanced institutions including Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Caltech Associates and Southern California Public Radio.

Dominic Ng
Dominic Ng is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of East West Bank (Nasdaq: EWBC), the largest publicly listed independent bank headquartered in Southern California. Since joining the Bank in 1991, he has transformed East West from a small savings and loan association with $600 million in assets into a global full-service commercial bank with $76 billion in assets. Its 3,000+ employees serve more than 550,000 customers. In recognition of its performance, S&P Global Market Intelligence and Bank Director ranked East West as the #1 Best Performing Bank in 2023, a distinction Bank Director reaffirmed for 2024. Mr. Ng was Chair of the 2023 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Advisory Council (ABAC), the private-sector arm of APEC that advises heads of state and government on economic growth. He also serves on the governing boards of Mattel, Inc. (NYSE: MAT) and the University of Southern California (USC) and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. His previous board service includes the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Los Angeles Branch; PacifiCare Health Systems (formerly NYSE: PHS); Academy Museum of Motion Pictures; and the United Way of Greater Los Angeles. For his industry leadership and business achievements, American Banker named Mr. Ng Banker of the Year, recognizing his ability to execute a bold vision while maintaining credit discipline and building East West into one of the nation’s most profitable banks. Among other accolades, he was named Business Person of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal and one of Forbes’ 25 Most Notable Chinese Americans. His contributions to culture and social impact have earned him widespread recognition. The Los Angeles Times included him among its L.A. Influential list of 2024. He also received the Alexis de Tocqueville Award—United Way Worldwide’s highest honor—for his leadership as a longtime board member and campaign chair for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, where he led a record-breaking $66 million fundraising campaign in 2000. His innovative approach became a best practice for United Way chapters nationwide. A respected commentator on banking and finance, Mr. Ng has addressed business, government, academic and civic audiences. His efforts to foster East-West cultural understanding have led to partnerships between East West Bank and institutions such as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art; Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; The Huntington Library; the Bowers Museum; and The Broad. Before joining East West Bank, Mr. Ng held senior leadership positions at Deloitte & Touche in Houston and Los Angeles. A Certified Public Accountant, he earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and holds honorary degrees from Occidental College and the University of Houston.

Robert J. Abernethy
Robert J. Abernethy is Chairman of American Standard Development Company, Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions, and Managing Director of Metropolitan Investments. Bob received a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, certificates in Real Estate and Construction from UCLA, and was formerly the Controller of the Technology Division of Hughes Aircraft Company. Bob is a member of the Advisory Council of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (Washington and Bologna) as well as trustee of Johns Hopkins University, Davidson College, and Loyola Marymount University. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Atlantic Council and is on the Executive Board of the International Refugee Assistance Project. He is also a member of the Chairman’s Forum of the Council on Foreign Relations and the State Department Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy. Bob is a member of the Board of Trustees of Brookings and serves on the boards of RAND Center for Global Risk & Security, New Leaders Council, Truman National Security Project, Integrity Initiatives International, Los Angeles World Affairs Council, and the Center for National Policy. Bob is also a member of the Foreign Policy Advisory Council at the Center for American Progress. He serves on the UCLA Arts Board, UCLA Health Systems Board, and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Board. He is a Director of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles and Vice Chairman of the Music Center of Los Angeles. Bob served as Commissioner of California Transportation Commission, Los Angeles Telecommunications Commission, and Los Angeles Planning & Zoning Commission and was Director of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Metropolitan Water District. He was a member of the California State Board of Education and of the California Arts Council.

Honorable Jane Harman
Hon. Jane Harman served nine terms in Congress as Representative of the aerospace center of Los Angeles and was ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee after 9/11. She left the House in 2011, to become the first woman president and CEO of the Wilson Center and has been President Emerita since 2021. Harman has served on numerous government advisory boards including the Central Intelligence Agency, ODNI, DOD, NASA, DHS, State Department, the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board) and currently serves on the board of Freedom House. She chaired the 2022-2024 Commission on the National Defense Strategy. She is a member of the Aspen Strategy Group, the Munich Security Conference Executive Committee, Trilateral Commission, and the Board of Governors of the National Intelligence University. She is the author of "Insanity Defense: Why Our Failure to Confront Hard National Security Problems Makes Us Less Safe," published by St. Martin’s Press in 2021.

Allison Zhang
Emerging Leader Award
Allison Zhang is a senior at Polytechnic School in Pasadena, California. She is the founder of Literacy for ELL, a nonprofit that provides books, lessons, and multilingual resources to English language learners worldwide. Inspired by her own experience learning English and the lack of books she saw while volunteering at Reading Partners, she built Literacy for ELL to empower students like her younger self. Her efforts have led to thousands of books donated, and programs supporting hundreds of learners globally. When she’s not running book drives or teaching lessons, Allison can be found writing poetry or trying to train her very energetic dog.
